After receiving my Master of Arts in English from the University of San Diego, I taught composition and literature at Point Loma Nazarene University for several years before returning home to educate our four children. I have taught junior high, college prep, and honors composition and literature courses at our co-op for over ten years in addition to being a published writer, poet, and speaker.
